Order Creation and Electronic Contracting
The technical steps required creating a contract between you and we FG services Ltd are as follows:
You place the order for your products on the web-site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the web-site.
We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from FG services Ltd.
As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
The Non-acceptance could be of one of the following reasons;
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

Complaints launching and resolving procedure
Any possible complaint should always be accompanied with your order number, sender information, recipient information and digital photos clearly showing the product and time of delivery.
All complaints must be made as soon as possible within 24 hours for perishable items after the delivery date, and up to a maximum of 5 days after for none-perishable items. This is very important to allow us to investigate the complaint correctly with the local florists. After this date complaints cannot be investigated.
Order Cancellation terms and conditions
Please note that you are entitled to cancel your order, provided that you must return your order no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products. Any products returned must be in their original packaging, and unused.
In most cases orders placed to your personal specification we are unable to refund or exchange the product. In that case all refunds or exchange will be made at the discretion of company’s management. If you wish to cancel your order prior to the order despatch. A 15% surcharge is deducted from the total amount as an order cancellation charges and money transfer fee.
Please note that you’re right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories:
Goods made to your specification (for example custom made dresses, curtains, etc.)
Perishable goods (for example Flowers, Cakes and Mithai)
When you place an order for flowers, should you realise you have made a mistake or change your mind, we are able to amend or cancel your order within one hour of it being placed. We regret we are unable to do so after this time.

Flowers, Cake, Mithai, Gift Hampers, Food Meals etc:
In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute gifts or packaging of equal quality and value. Complaints about the flowers and cakes and any perishable items should register within an hour of delivery. Any complaints after that will not be considered. Due to hot weather, these items needs to keep in cool temperature.
Payment Mechanism for Local and International Users
All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of this Website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment section of this Website.
You confirm that the credit, debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Refusal of transaction

We only cater for overseas for deliveries to Pakistan. We may not accept any credit card transactions for high value items from Pakistan.
High Value Transaction Limitations
All high value transactions such as mobile phones and electronics can not be shipped until transaction has been cleared by the bank. It could take up to 4 to 5 working days. We also verify each high value transaction by calling the person, if you have provided wrong information, that could delay your delivery and delivery will not be made until correct details will be provided by buyer. For any high value transactions, we may also ask for the proof of address and copy of credit card statement used in that transaction.
Repeat Orders /Returning Customers:
All orders that appears more than 3 times in a month or more and found to be suspicious or fraudulent activity will be withhold at our accounts department pending approval before we can deliver your order. This may require proof of card holder address verification and the proof of delivery address. At FerventGiftService we reserve the right to cancel / Refund order following unsatisfactory response / unable to verify address of the customers and receivers.
Orders Value Limit /Month
The maximum Orders value limit per customer per month is $500 on the electronic transaction. Any orders value greater than this amount per customer will be withhold at our accounts department pending approval before we can deliver your order. This may require proof of card holder address verification and the proof of delivery address. At FerventGiftService we reserve the right to cancel / Refund order following unsatisfactory response / unable to verify address of the customers and receivers.
Anonymous Deliveries with the excuse of surprise:
At FerventGiftService we urge all our customers to provide you as a Customer provide your complete address details and Full delivery Address including contact telephone numbers to ensure your parcel arrives on time. We do not deliver to anonymous delivery address or address other than provided in order details. neither we deliver in areas outside delivery address i.e delivery in streets, leave parcel in a local shop, shop arcades, public places etc. For security and to prevent fraudulent activities on the site we reserve the right to hold / cancel / refund your order without prior notification.
Prevention of Fraudulent Orders and Transactions:
If we believe that an order may be fraudulent in nature, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the funds with out prior notification.
We are under no obligation to reveal why we believe the order to be fraudulent. We will co-operate with the police regarding any criminal investigations. We reserve the right to refuse to serve customers, block their IP address from accessing our website and any other blocking or fraud prevention measures we feel may be necessary to implement from time to time.
Deliveries on Public Holidays:
We deliver 7 days a week covering all major cities of Pakistan. However For orders like electronics, Mobile Phones, Perfumes Personalized products, photo upload products, clothing require 2/ 3 working days for delivery in all major cities of Pakistan, and could take up to 5 working days for small Towns and remote delivery locations.
Orders received on Friday or on Public holidays will be processed and despatched the following working day.
Abusive Behavior of Customer is Prohibited:
At Fervent Gift Service we promote a friendly customer support with our aim to go the extra mile to resolve your queries. however there may be times where things do not go according to plan we endeavor, we will try our up most to resolve your query in a quickest way possible. However We will not tolerate abusive behavior in any way, shape or form. Shopping from Fervent Gift Service does not entitle individuals to treat our staff abusively. If anyone is abusive to our staff, we will terminate any dialogue. We will not resume dialogue unless it is in a non abusive fashion and with the level of respect expected.
We reserve the right not to deal with returning customers who have previously been abusive or offensive. We may block their account or take any other measures we wish to prevent them using our services in future.
