It is confirmed that FerventGiftService offers a gift delivery service 7 days a week – Monday to Sunday, except from bank holidays. We pride ourselves on our exceptional attention to detail, from our impeccable packaging and presentation to our first-class delivery service, ensuring your gift arrives on time and in its optimum condition.
You can place an order for delivery, either online or through our Customer Services team (available 24/7), for delivery on any date in the future.
How orders will be delivered the next working day?
All pre-orders are saved in your system until the desired arrival date. We process the orders for next comming dates according to city, product and delivery date. If we find any issue regarding delivery address, none-availability of product or road jam due any strike in the city. We will contact the Gift Sender to inform the very clear current situation, and do the need full according to the instructions of gift Sender or next available possibilities.
Unless a new request is made, all products are normally delivered via our own delivery service.
Can we choose our desired delivery date?
Yes, you can choose a delivery date when you place a gift order online on our website.
Can I get the delivery done in a specific time slot?
Yes! This facility is also provided on our website that if you require a specific time slot, you can select it but additional charges will apply.
What is the cut-off time for Same Day Delivery?
According to Pakistan Standard time, 2pm is our cut off time for same day delivery in Pakistan.
Please submit your order before the specified cut-off time. Your order will be delivered on your selected delivery date.
Will an order placed after the cut-off time be delivered on the same day?
no! Orders placed after the cut-off time will not be delivered on the same day, as all our orders are delivered by delivery route. And that’s why we can’t change the route for an order coming after the cut-off time. Would you please keep in mind that all orders those placed after cut-off time will get delivered on next working day.
Everyone has the same thought and effort that his order is delivered quickly, with good packing and calmly. That’s why we ask that when placing your order, please make sure you include the recipient’s full address, telephone number, along with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can contact you. In case of any problems encountered during the delivery of the gift, they can be informed in time and the same can be resolved/arranged immediately. If no signature is required on delivery, you can request at the time of ordering that your parcel be left with a neighbor or in an alternative safe place if you are away from home. (We shall not be held responsible for undelivered or delayed items due to incorrect sender or consignee details).
Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm the processing of your order item by email to provide you with a timely update of your order, allowing you to check the delivery status of your order. can do Once your order has been successfully delivered we will send you a subsequent delivery confirmation email. If your delivery requires a signature, please ensure that someone must be present at the delivery address on the specified day.
For Sunday gift delivery you must place your order before 3PM PKT on a Saturday. Orders must be placed before 3PM PK the day before the next day delivery date on days other than Sundays. Order must be placed before 11AM PKT for same day delivery.
Note: Next day and same day delivery only available for Flowers, Regular Cakes, Mithai, Pizzas, KFC burgers and Fruit baskets. Other items have to dispatched separately and required 3 working days delivery time. Big and heavy items could take upto 5 working days delivery time.
Deliveries on public holidays like Sunday, Eid, New Year are only available in following cities. In all other cities delivreries will be made a day before the public holidays

Please be noted that all deliveries are made between 10AM – 11:pm Pakistan time on the big events like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Eid Days, and Christmas etc. If you have special requirements, please add it in special instructions box and we can not give the guarantee but we will try our best to meet your expectations. Please check that your order is in perfect condition on delivery. We can’t commit for time deliveries on the event days as our delivery timings are 10AM to 11PM according to Pakistan Standard time.

FerventGiftService is providing same day delivery in all major cities of Pakistan Such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Jehlum, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Multan, Sialkot, Mirpur Azad Kashmir, Peshawar, Hydarabad.

Delivery Costs
Please note that at certain times of the year these prices can vary. If you request delivery to remote areas which are not usually covered by Fervent Gift Service, you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.
Remote Delivery Areas / Villages
FerventGiftService can deliver Gifts items in villages those are near to any Major City, that may cost extra delivery charges and its depends on the delivery area and Route.
Sending delivery to Hospitals
We can deliver many of our gifts to hospitals. Due to the strict policy of the hospitals usually Parcels are left in the hospital’s parcel or post room or reception as patients are unable to receive deliveries direct. Since the rules and regulations of hospital may vary, we advise you request a staff nurse to collect your parcel on behalf of its intended recipient. Please make sure you add the department, ward or room number, along with a contact number for the ward.
Delivery to Businesses, Military Addresses, Schools & Universities
Deliveries to large businesses, military addresses, schools, universities & student accommodation are usually made to the main reception or post/mailing room prior to internal distribution. In some cases, delivery to a named person is not always possible. Where relevant, please include the company’s name, block, floor and an office contact number. Due to the nature of some of our products, such as fruits, cakes and any other eddible products, in the event that the recipient is not available, we will deliver the order to the reception of such locations, where possible.
Signing for Your Delivery / Attempted Delivery
If a signature is required, please make sure someone will be at the delivery address on the specified day to sign for your item. Should no-one be present at the recipient’s address at the time of delivery, unless an alternative arrangement was stated at the time of ordering, such as leaving your item with a neighbor or an alternative safe place, a delivery attempt card will be left, detailing instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from the local sorting office. For food items and perishable products, in the event that the recipient is not present on delivery, we will contact the recipient and make alternative delivery arrangements, for example delivering the item to a next-door neighbor.
The signature of any person authorized to accept the delivery on behalf of the recipient shall be accepted as proof of delivery. Fervent Gift Service will consider the order delivered and we will not accept any liability of the subsequent non-delivery of your item.
Many of our products, such as fresh fruits, Cakes Vagitables, Frozen Food, Meat, Chocolates are perishable and every effort is made to deliver your order on the date requested. Please make sure someone will be at the delivery address on the specified day to sign for your item.
