Answer: Fervent Gift Service is an online internet based company whose mission is to deliver selective and quality products Cake, flowers, Chocolates, Fruit Baskets, Perfumes for Men and Women, Accessories, Gift Hampers, Food and Meals(Pizza, Shawarma, Biryani, Karahi, Nan and Handi etc). We deliver branded and none-branded gifts and own label with the very best value to its customers in Pakistan and around the world.

Fervent Gift Service has been established strong relation with it’s users to spread happiness through gifts delivery in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur etc. We believe in providing reliable service and serving our customers with respect and faith.

Yes we refund 100% amount, incase the customer cancel his/her order before 24 hours if order not prepared), after this time slot order cancelation 50% amount will be refunded(if order prepared).

Refund Takes place within 7 days of cancellation.

In our site mostly gift items are perishable like Flowers, cakes, Fruits, pizza, burgers, fruit chat, samosay, dahi baray, sweets, etc if customer not received fresh item then customer can register a complaint with in 24 Hours after delivery and don’t use these items we will send our rider he will inspect item if customers has valid complaint then we replace item. If the customer use these items and complaint After 24 Hours then complaint not acceptable. If wrong items delivered then client has to file a complaint within 24 hours of delivery, After that complaint is not accepted.

Color and slight size difference of product can occur. Complaint will not be accepted for those.

If customer want to cancel his order, please inform us 24 hours in advance from the delivery date,  if any customize item not prepared we can cancel his/her order as per customer demand and refund his/her amount within 7 working days.

if customer want to exchange his order with other Gift items( if order not prepared). Minimum time require for this 24 Hours, we will check the possibility and exchange it. If order for same date then exchange not possible. Color and slight size difference of product can occur. Complaint will not be accepted for those orders.

We provide hand Delivery of gifts in Pakistan almost all major cities. Due to perishable items and hygienic issue, we don’ want our customers to put the risk. The items are Cake, fruit baskets, flowers, chocolates, Food Meals(Burger, Shawarma, Pizza, Biryani).

Once we schedule any order, we send the email to our customer to keep them updated. Same as once the order delivered we send the email to our customers for delivery confirmation.

We provide hand delivery of perishable and non-perishable items including cake, flowers, chocolates, fruits, pizzaz, burgers, fruit chat, dahi baray, sweets and etc. Delivery can be arranged on car or a bike or according to items and distance.

Normally, we need order in 24hours in advance. If the order is placed for any specific date, we need at least 10 hours advance notices for preparation of items.
